Our Story

Established by Dave Guthardt (Gus), Cutting Edge has been a prominent member of the Nelson business community since 1999.

Community & ENVIRONMENT

As a business, it is our obligation to the do our best to give back to the community and environment that nurtures our growth. We are the only Climate Positive signwriter in the region. We also recycle and reuse materials by organising craft projects for children in collaboration with various community-based organisations and schools. We are also the only signage manufacturer in the Nelson-Tasman who are part of a Zero Waste initiative and aim to only use 'green' materials by 2024 and reduce our carbon footprint further.
